If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange your shoes or return them for a refund within 365 days of purchase. (Shoes must be unworn and in the state you received them.) Please note that, for returns, we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Shipping for exchanges is always free.
To return an item, we will send you a return label free of charge. You can drop the box off at any Authorized UPS shipping center such as Mail Boxes, Etc. Find the UPS Service Center nearest to you.

If you find a shoe for a lower price on another web site, we will refund you 110% of the difference between the lower price and our price!
Rules:
The shoe must be the same style and color that is on our site AND the site that you find the lower price cannot be an auction site. Shipping charges will be included when calculating the price difference.
To receive your refund:
1. Order the shoe that you want from our site
2. Send email to:guarantee@zappos.com with:
Your Order Number and the URL of the site where you found the shoe (and directions of how to find the shoe).
Then we will verify the web site where you found the lower price, give you the discount, and send you an e-mail with your new total.
Please note that this offer is valid for 30 days after you make your purchase.
